Corbett Forest Lodge / Forest Rest House & Zone In Jim Corbett National Park

For those seeking to immerse themselves in the wilderness of a national park, staying at a Forest Rest House (FRH) within the park is the ideal choice. The experience of hearing various animal sounds emanating from the dense, dark forest is unparalleled, evoking a unique blend of joy and fear.
As you pick up your torch to survey your surroundings, you may catch sight of numerous eyes glowing in the beam of your light, just beyond the electrical fencing of the Rest House. You might encounter Deer, Wild Boars, and occasionally even Tigers, all very close to the Rest House's perimeter.
All booking procedures at Corbett are managed by forest officials in accordance with the guidelines set by India's forest department. Please be aware that we cannot influence the arrangements for night stay accommodations, safari zones, safari drivers, or naturalist guides, as these decisions are solely made by the forest officials. While all zones boast a healthy population of tigers, wildlife sightings are generally reported to be consistent across the board. These arrangements are handled by an automated computerized system to ensure fair distribution of night stays and safaris across the various zones.
